Our lambs graze species rich herbal leys and meadows, rich in vitamins and minerals, which is their natural diet with no grains or soya. The resulting meat not only tastes amazing but is much healthier for us - and the planet - than grain fed meat. Our lambs are certified with the Pasture For Life. This price is for autumn lambs. Between Christmas and Easter the lambs are larger and the price will alter.
The half lamb box weighs approximately 8 kg and includes:
Whole leg
Whole shoulder
Cutlets
Chops
Neck fillet
Diced meat for tagine, curry and stews or mince for moussaka, shepherd's pie and koftas.
Our lambs are large so it is possible to have 2 joints from the leg and shoulder, or a whole leg with the shank separate.

Nutritional Information
Current research on grass fed animal products suggest that they are much heathier for the following reasons:
- lower in saturated fat
- higher levels of Omega 3 fatty acids
- higher levels of CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)
- higher in vitamins esp. Vitamins A and E
- higher levels of minerals incl. calcium, magnesium and potassium
